At Trak Racer, we want you to be fully satisfied with your racing rig and accessories. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure all components, including hardware and tools, are securely packed in their original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Trak Racer

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated regional distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
