How long does shipping take for heavy sim racing rigs?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery for large chassis and cockpit components typically takes between 5 to 10 business days via our specialized freight partners.
Are Trak Racer cockpits compatible with my existing wheel and pedals?
Yes, our cockpits are designed with universal pre-drilled mounting points that support all major brands including Fanatec, Thrustmaster, Logitech, Simucube, and more.
What is your return policy for sim racing hardware?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the weight and size of our products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Do Trak Racer products come with a warranty?
Absolutely. We provide a 5-year warranty on all premium steel and aluminum frames, and a 1-year warranty on electronics, seats, and accessories against manufacturing defects.
Can I upgrade my rig later with additional accessories?
Our modular design allows you to expand your setup at any time. You can easily add monitor stands, keyboard trays, gear shifter mounts, and motion systems to your existing Trak Racer frame.
Do you offer international shipping?
Trak Racer has regional warehouses in the USA, Europe, Australia, and the UK to ensure local shipping. For regions outside these zones, international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
